Objective: To investigate the correlation of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and renal impairment. Methods: From August 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital, selected 120 patients with chronic renal failure as the observation group, choose 120 healthy normal cases as the control group at the same period in our hospital, two groups were given the plasminogen activator inhibitor -1 (PAI-1) and lipid conventional indicators detection and were given the correlation analysis based on clinical data. Results: The PAI-1 contents in the observation group were 12.66 ± 3.24 AU / ml, the control group were 6.97 ± 2.33 AU / ml, the PAI-1 contents in the treatment group were significantly higher (P <0.05). With increased duration, the PAI-1 contents in the observation group were also showed significant increased trend (P <0.05). The TC, TG and LDL values in the observation group were significantly higher that compared to significant differences (P <0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that PAI-1 contents ere not significantly related to the lipid in the observation group, but had significant correlation with the duration (P <0.05). Conclusion: PAI-1 expression in renal injury was significantly enhanced, there is significant correlation with disease progression, but there is no significant correlation to expression lipid.
