| 【】目的：探讨主动脉球囊反搏术治疗心血管重症的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年7月-2013年7月在我院心血管重症病房住院的患者60例,按按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对应随机数字为偶数者为实验组,奇数者为对照组,每组30例。实验组应用主动脉球囊反搏术,对照组常规药物治疗 ,观察两组患者的心率、血压、尿量、多巴胺用量、心功能分级及死亡率。结果：治疗后实验组存活率明显高于对照组(86.67% VS 63.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的心率降低,收缩压和舒张压升高,尿量增加,多巴胺用量,脑钠肽和心功能评分均降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：主动脉主动脉球囊反搏术治疗心血管重症有较高的安全性,能降低死亡率,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To investigate the intra-aortic balloon pumping clinical efficacy in the treatment of severe cardiovascular. Methods: 60 patients in July 2010 July 2013 in our hospital with severe cardiovascular medicine ward in hospital, according to press randomly divided into experimental and control groups, corresponding to the random number is even those for the experimental group, odd as the control group, 30 cases in each group. Experimental group received preoperative IABP control group conventional drug therapy, were observed in heart rate, blood pressure, urine output, the amount of dopamine, cardiac function and mortality. Results: After treatment, the survival rate was significantly higher in the experimental group (86.67% VS 63.33%), a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the patient"s heart rate decreased systolic and diastolic blood pressure, urine output increases the amount of dopamine, brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac function scores were lower, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: intra-aortic balloon pumping in the treatment of severe cardiovascular there is high security, reduce mortality, worthy of promotion. |
