| 李斯特菌病是一种少见的食源性感染疾病,能引起妊娠期妇女、新生儿、免疫低下者等严重感染,危及人类生命健康。由于李斯特菌具有躲避宿主免疫反应,在细胞内生长繁殖的特殊微生物学特征,容易侵犯肠粘膜、血脑屏障、胎盘屏障等,导致败血症、脑膜脑炎和流产,往往不易诊断和治疗。国外报道较多,相关研究更丰富,而国内报道较少。现报告1例妊娠期李斯特菌败血症并复习国内外近年重要文献资料,以增加对本疾病的认识。 |

| Listerosis is a rare diease which primarily afflicts pregnant women, neonates and immunocompromised adults, often leading to sepsis, meningoencephalitis, abortion, a serious threat to human life and health. Listeria’s rare microbiologic features make it difficult to diagnose and treat：It is an intracellular organism that hides within host cells. Compared to domestic, the foreign case reports and relevant research is more thorough and detailed. In order to increase the awareness of this disease, now we report one case of pregnant woman with Listeria sepsis and review significant articles of recent years. |
