          目的:探讨绝经后股骨颈骨折发生与骨代谢的相关性。方法:2010年11月至2014年4月选择我院收治的绝经后妇女180例,根据骨质疏松与骨折情况分为正常组82例,骨质疏松症88例,骨质疏松伴骨折10例,所有入选者都进行股骨颈密度的测量,并且进行血清OPG和RANKL检测。结果:骨质疏松伴骨折组的股骨颈骨密度、T分数、Z分数都明显低于其他两组,而骨质疏松症组的上述值也明显低于正常组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨质疏松伴骨折组、骨质疏松症组与正常组的血清OPG与RANKL值对比差异都有统计学意义(F=18.340,12.398,P<0.05)。二分类Logistic回归分析对骨折有显著影响的变量包括OPG及RANKL (P<0.05)。结论:绝经后股骨颈骨折发生率比较高,血清骨代谢指标OPG与RANKL可用于预测绝经后妇女的股骨颈骨折,对骨折有显著影响,值得推广应用。

          Objective: To investigate the correlation of femoral neck fracture and bone metabolism in postmenopausal women.Methods: Selected 80 cases of postmenopausal women from November 2010 to April 2014 in our hospital, Accorded with osteoporosis and fractures were divided into the 82 cases of normal control group, 88 cases of osteoporosis group, 10 cases of osteoporotic fracture group. All cases were given the neck bone density measurements and detection of serum OPG and RANKL. Results: The bone density, T scores, Z scores of the osteoporotic fracture group were lower than the other two groups, and these values of the osteoporosis group were significantly lower than the normal group that compared among the groups were statistically significance (P <0.05). The serum OPG and RANKL values compared among the three groups were statistically significant (F = 18.340,12.398, P <0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the significant effect on fracture included the OPG and RANKL (P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of femoral neck fracture after menopause is relatively high, The serum OPG and RANKL bone metabolic markers have significant effects on fracture, There can be used to predict femoral neck fracture in the post-menopausal women that should be widely applied.
