| 【】S 目的S 评价荆花胃康胶丸、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、奥硝唑四联疗法对慢性胃炎及根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效。方法S 将我院2012年12月~2014年12月期间120例慢性胃炎及幽门螺杆菌阳性的患者随机分为两组：观察组60例,每次口服荆花胃康胶丸、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、奥硝唑,15天为一疗程；对照组为60例,每次给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、奥硝唑,15天一个疗程。比较两组Hp清除率、慢性胃炎愈合率、研究对象对治疗的满意度。结果S与对照组相比,观察组Hp清除率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组相比,观察组治疗后慢性胃炎治愈率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与对照组相比,观察组对治疗满意度明显高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论S采用荆花胃康胶丸、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、奥硝唑四联疗法治疗慢性胃炎及根除幽门螺杆菌效果可靠、患者依从性及满意度高,值得推广和进一步探讨。 |

| Objective To evaluate Jing Weikang Pill, omeprazole, clarithromycin, Ornidazole quadruple therapy efficacy of chronic gastritis and eradication of Helicobacter pylori. Methods Selected 120 chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection patients between December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital,who were randomly divided into two groups: the observe group (n=60) and the control group(n=60). The observe group was given oral Jing Weikang Pill, omeprazole, clarithromycin, ornidazole, 15 days for a course of treatment; the control group was given oral omprazole, clarithromycin, ornidazole, 15 days a course of treatment. Compare Hp clearance rate , the healing rate of chronic gastritis and the study on treatment satisfaction between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group Hp clearance rate than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); compared with the control group, the study group after treatment of chronic gastritis cure rates were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); compared with the control group, the study group on treatment satisfaction was significantly higher, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Jing Weikang Pill, omeprazole, clarithromycin, Ornidazole quadruple therapy for chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori eradication not only protect the therapeutic effect, but also increase patient compliance and satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical application. |
