| 【】目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者继发Wernicke脑病的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我院2010-03 ～2013-12共12例维持性血液透析患者继发Wernicke脑病患者的临床资料。结果 维持性血液透析患者继发Wernicke脑病时临床表现不典型,维生素B 治疗效果好。12例患者中1例因反复抽搐致肺部感染死亡,10病例治愈,1例仍表现为近记忆缺失,但较入院明显好转。治疗中眼肌麻痹最先缓解,其次为神经精神症状,一般治疗2天可见明显效果。其他症状恢复时间较长,需4 ～6周。结论 临床医师尤其是基层医院的临床医师应重视对该病的认识、诊断与治疗,提高尿毒症患者的生存质量。 |

| 【】Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondarySWernicke encephalopathy 。 Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of 12 cases ofSmaintenance hemodialysis patients with secondarySWernicke encephalopathy during march 2010 to December 2013 。Results The athe Hemodialysis patients with uremia combined Wernicke’s encephalopathy typical clinical manifestations, vitamin B treatment effect is good. 12 cases with lung infection in 1 case caused by repeated tic death, 10 cases cured, 1 case was still characterized by recent memory loss, but the hospital improved markedly. Treatment of ophthalmoplegia ease first, followed by nerve mental symptoms, treatment 2 days commonly visible effect obviously. Other symptoms recover for a long time, 4 ~ 6 weeks. Conclusion Clinical physicians especially the grass-roots hospital clinical doctors should pay attention to the understanding of the disease, diagnosis and treatment, improve the quality of the survival of patients with uremia. |
