          【】 目的 探讨老年性贫血与血清总睾酮(TT)水平的相关性。方法 收集2013年6月至2015年5月在广州市第一人民医院老年病科住院的男性患者164例,女性患者100例,根据有无贫血分为贫血组(男n=78,女n=21)与非贫血组(男n=86,女n=79)。分别分析男性贫血组与非贫血组血清总睾酮水平,女性贫血组与非贫血组血清总睾酮水平。应用统计学软件SPSS 18.0 进行统计学分析,比较男性两组间血清总睾酮的差异及与血红蛋白(Hb)的相关性、女性两组间血清总睾酮的差异及与Hb的相关性。结果 男性贫血组血清TT水平为(8.01±4.79)ng/ml,非贫血组TT水平为(11.39±5.9)ng/ml;女性贫血组血清TT水平为(0.60±0.61)ng/ml,非贫血组TT水平为(1.15±0.78)ng/ml,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 男女贫血组血清TT水平均低于非贫血组,且男性贫血程度与TT水平呈显著正相关(p<0.05 r=0.391),而女性贫血程度与TT未表现显著相关性(p>0.05)。

          【】Objective To explore the relevance of serum total testosterone levels(TT) and anemia in the elderly.Methods 164 cases of male patients and 100 cases of famale patients who hospitalized in department of geriatrics of Guangzhou Medical University affiliated Guangzhou First Hospital were collected from June 2013 to May 2015 .According to anemia or non anemia,patients were divided into anemia group (male n = 78, female n =21) and non anemia group (male n=86, female n = 79) .using statistical software SPSS 18.0, the differences and correlations between the two groups of serum total testosterone levels in men were analysised respectively,which were the same in women.Results: The levels of serum TT was (8.01±4.79) ng / ml in men of anemia group, the level of TT was (11.39±5.9 ) ng /ml in men of non anemia group;Anemia group in women, the levels of serum TT was (0.60±0.61) ng / ml ,non anemia group in women, the level of TT was(1.15±0.78) ng / ml. The level of TT in the anemia group is lower than non anemia group both of men and women (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum TT level in both of men and women anemia group is lower than that in non anemia group, and the degree of anemia in men ,but not women ,is positively correlated with the level of TT(P < 0.05 r=0.391).
