| 目的 研究脂肪乳对地高辛中毒患者的治疗作用。方法 30%脂肪乳250 mL治疗9例地高辛中毒患者,比较治疗前后地高辛检测血药浓度与理论代谢浓度之间的差异及对中毒症状的影响。结果 30%脂肪乳250 mL治疗后,患者血液地高辛浓度明显降低,治疗前后地高辛药物浓度下降幅度远大于其理论代谢的下降幅度,并可缓解中毒患者的临床症状。结论 脂肪乳可有效清除中毒患者血中的地高辛。 |

| Objective To study fatSemulsionSSon patientsSwith digoxin intoxication. Methods 9 patients with digoxin intoxication were treated with 30%Sfat emulsion inS250 mL, The difference between the digoxin concentrations in blood and theory metabolicSconcentration was compared, as well as toxic symptoms, before and after treatment.Results After the treatment of 30%Sfat emulsion inS250 mL, clinical symptoms ofSpoisoning patients were relieved, digoxin concentrations in blood was significantly decreased, and the decline was far greater than theory metabolicSconcentration. Conclusion Fat emulsion can effectively treat the patients with severe digoxin intoxication． |
