目的 探讨复治肺结核并糖尿病患者耐药率及与血糖水平的关系。方法 按照是否合并糖尿病将2012年5月至2014年5月我院收治的210例复治肺结核患者分为实验组(复治肺结核合并糖尿病)75例和对照组(单纯复治肺结核)135例,比较2组患者的耐药情况,并将实验组患者按照不同血糖水平分为<7.1组12例、7.1~14.0组49例和>14.0组14例,比较不同血糖水平与耐药率之间的关系。结果 实验组患者多耐药率、耐多药率、广泛耐药率及总耐药率均明显高于对照组,抗结核药物敏感率明显低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05);7.1~14.0组患者多耐药率、耐多药率、广泛耐药率及总耐药率均略高于<7.1组,耐单药率和抗结核药物敏感率均略低于<7.1组,但2组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);>14.0组患者耐多药率和总耐药率均明显高于<7.1组,抗结核药物敏感率明显低于<7.1组,有显著差异(P<0.05);>14.0组患者耐多药率明显高于7.1~14.0组,多耐药率明显低于7.1~14.0组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 复治肺结核患者合并糖尿病后耐药率明显升高,且血糖水平越高耐药率越高。 |

Objective To explore the relationship of drug resistance rate and blood glucose level for the patients with retreatment combine with diabetes. Methods 210 cases of patients with retreatment were divided into experiment group(retreatment combine with diabetes, 75 cases) and control group(retreatment, 135 cases). The drug resistance situation and the relationship of drug resistance rate and blood glucose level were compared. Results The multi-drug resistance rate, multi-drug resistant tuberculosis, widespread resistance, the total resistance for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05); The anti-tb drug sensitive rate for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05); The multi-drug resistance rate, multi-drug resistant tuberculosis, widespread resistance, the total resistance for the 7.1~14.0 group were higher than the <7.1 group(P<0.05); The single drug resistance rate and anti-tb drug sensitive rate for the 7.1~14.0 group were lower than the <7.1 group(P<0.05); The multi-drug resistant tuberculosis for the >14.0 group were higher than 7.1~14.0 group(P<0.05); The multi-drug resistance rate for the >14.0 group were lower than 7.1~14.0 group(P<0.05). Conclusion The drug resistance rate is high for the patients with retreatment combine with diabetes, high blood glucose level with high drug resistance rate. |
