| 目的： 2型糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素分析。方法 收集2012年1月至2013年1月在同济医院内分泌科住院诊治的2型糖尿病患者。其中糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN）组79例，非DNP（NDPN）组82例，均行口服葡萄糖耐量试验（oral glucose tolerance test，OGTT）、血红蛋白、血脂检测等，比较两组血脂的差异。结果 DP N组与NDP N组的糖化血红蛋白结果无统计学差异 (P > 0 . 05 )。DP N组与NDP N组的OGTT结果无统计学差异 (P > 0 . 05 )。DP N 组与NDP N组HOMA-β、HOMA-IR、QUICKI、ISIM 、ISIG 结果比较无统计学意义 ( P > 0 . 05 )。DP N 组与NDP N组TC、TG、LDL结果比较无统计学意义 ( P > 0 . 05 )，DNP组HDL与NDNP组的HDL结果比较具有统计学意义 ( P < 0 . 0 5)。结论 HDL是糖尿病周围神经病变的高危因素，而年龄、病程、体重量指数 (BMI)、收缩压 、舒张压；TC、TG、LDL；糖化血红蛋白；OGTT试验结果；HOMA-β、HOMA-IR、QUICKI、ISIM 、ISIG均不是糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素。HDL降低预示着易患糖尿病周围神经病变。 |

| Objective: The analysis about risk factors of diabetic peripheral neuropath. Methods: January 2012 to January 2013 in our endocrine metabolic disease of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes. 79 patients with DPN group, NDPN group, 82 cases of patients, all test OGTT, hemoglobin, blood lipid, comparing the difference between the two groups of blood fats. Results: DP N and NDP N group of a1c results no statistical difference (P > 0. 05). DP N group and NDP N OGTT results no statistical difference (P > 0. 05). DP N group and NDP N HOMA beta, HOMA IR, QUICKI, ISIM, ISIG results is no statistical significance (P > 0. 05). DP N and NDP N group TC, TG, LDL results compared with no statistical significance (P > 0. 05), DNP HDL and NDNP group of HDL results is statistically significant (P < 0. 0 5). Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy may be associated with lower HDL but not with others. |
