| 目的 探讨肺结核合并糖尿病的临床特点及抗结核治疗的临床效果。方法 按照是否合并糖尿病将98例肺结核患者分为实验组(肺结核合并糖尿病)50例和对照组(单纯肺结核)48例,比较两组实验室、X线胸片检查结果和临床治疗效果。结果 实验组患者痰涂及培养TB菌阳性率、PPD皮试阳性率、TB-Ab阳性率、血脂异常率均明显高于对照组,有显著差异(P＜0.05)；两组患者干酪浸润病灶、纤维增殖病灶发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；实验组患者空洞形成率明显高于对照组,病灶部位位于上肺率明显低于对照组,有显著差异(P＜0.05)；实验组患者治疗后2个月、6个月痰菌转阴率、浸润病灶吸收率及空洞缩小率均明显低于对照组,有显著差异(P＜0.05)。结论 肺结核合并糖尿病患者具有痰涂及培养TB菌阳性率高、PPD皮试阳性率高、TB-Ab阳性率高、血脂异常率高、空洞形成率高,病灶部位多位于上肺等特点,与单纯肺结核抗结核治疗效果比较2个月、6个月痰菌转阴率、浸润病灶吸收率及空洞缩小率较差。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effects of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combine with diabetes treated by antituberculous. Methods 98 cases pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into experiment group(50 cases, pulmonary tuberculosis combine with diabetes) and control group(48 cases, Simple tuberculosis). The results of labouratory, chest x-ray plain film, clinical effects were compared. Results The TB bacteria positive rate, PPD positive rate of skin test, TB-Ab positive rate, dyslipidemia rate for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); There has no significant difference on the cheese infiltration lesions, the incidence of fiber hyperplasia lesions(P＞0.05); The rate of cavitatio for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05), the lesion located on the rate of lung for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The sputum negative conversion rate, infiltrating lesions absorption rate, narrow hole rate for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It has features of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combine with diabetes such as TB bacteria positive rate, PPD positive rate of skin test, TB-Ab positive rate, dyslipidemia rate, void formation rate, pulmonary lesion in more, the sputum negative conversion rate, infiltrating lesions absorption rate, narrow hole rate is bad. |
