| 脓毒症发展过程中,T淋巴细胞耗竭等机制导致机体进入免疫抑制期,患者无力清除最初的感染及机会致病菌导致的院内感染,是导致死亡的关键。患者对提高免疫治疗的反应不同,促使我们更好地去理解脓毒症发展过程中机体不同部位不同时期的免疫状态。本文对脓毒症发生发展过程中肺部T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其意义作一综述,以期更好理解脓毒症及其诱导肺损伤的病理生理机制。 |

| T cell exhaustion is a potential mechanism of sepsis-induced immuno-suppression. The failure to eradicate primary infections and the increased susceptibility of the lung to secondary infection maybe play a critical role in mortality of sepsis. The different effects of boosting the immune system make it important to realize the immune status in indifferent phase and different tissues in sepsis patients. In this review, we try to analyzes the role and the potential signification of T lymphocyte subsets in lung during the development of sepsis, in order to bring a better understanding of the pathophysiological basis of the disorder. |
