目的：探讨双腔频率适应性起搏器对病态窦房结综合征老年患者心功能和生活质量的影响效果。方法：收集我院2012年4月至2014年12月收治的病态窦房结综合征老年患者40例随机分为两组，每组20人，对照组患者给予双腔非频率适应性起搏器治疗，实验组给予双腔频率适应性起搏器治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后心功能变化、术后6个月心功能等级与治疗前后生活质量变化情况。结果：实验组患者术后6个月LVEF、6-MWT与BNP水平与对照组组间比较存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组患者治疗后心功能等级分布存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组患者术后6个月生理机能、生理职能、精力、精神健康与总体健康评分与对照组组间比较存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：双腔频率适应性起搏器对病态窦房结综合征老年患者心功能和生活质量的影响效果显著，并优于双腔非频率适应性起搏器，具有借鉴性。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate The influence of Dual-chamber rate adaptive pacemakers on Cardiac function and quality of life of elderly patients with sick sinus syndrome. Methods: 40 cases of elderly patients in the hospital from April 2012 to December 2014 were treated sick sinus syndrome, randomly divided into two groups, 20 people in the control group were treated with a non-dual-chamber rate adaptive pacemaker treatment, the experimental group received dual-chamber rate adaptive pacemaker, therapy were compared before and after treatment heart function, quality of life six months after the change of heart function before and after treatment rating. Results: Patients in the experimental group six months LVEF, there was a significant difference between the 6-MWT with BNP level group with the control group, the statistically significant (P <0.01); cardiac function grade distribution groups there was a significant difference , with statistical significance (P<0.01); patients in the experimental group six months physiological function, physical function, there is a significant difference between energy, mental health and overall health score group and the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01).
