| 目的：调查湖北省重症医学科的发展现状。方法：采用网络结合纸质调查模式，由湖北省二级及以上医院ICU医师填写。结果：（1）湖北省ICU主要分布于少数大城市及三级医院中；（2）湖北省ICU床位数偏少，医护人员数未达标，三级及二级医院ICU分别以封闭、半封闭式管理为主；（3）基本技术技能掌握较好，先进技术技能水平不高；部分基础设施配备率未达标，先进设备配备率较低。结论：湖北省ICU已初具规模，但未完全达到国家标准，二级医院与三级医院ICU水平存在较大差距。 |

| Objective: To investigate the present situation of intensive care units in Hubei province. Methods: The ICU doctors of secondary and tertiary hospitals in Hubei province registered on the website and filled in the questionnaires or filled in the paper questionnaires directly. Results: ① The ICUs were mainly distributed in few large cities and tertiary hospitals in Hubei. ② The number of ICU beds in Hubei was low, and medical care personnel number did not meet national standards. Most of the ICUs in tertiary hospitals were subject to hermetic management, while secondary hospitals were semi- hermetic management. ③ Both tertiary and secondary hospitals had mastered basic technologies. But the levels of advanced technologies were low in both hospitals. Several ratios of basic equipments cannot meet the guideline, and the whole level of advanced equipments were low. Conclusion: The size of ICUs in Hubei province had been acceptable. But the distribution was unreasonable, and the numbers of beds, medical care personnel and several basic equipments were under the level of guideline. There is a big gap in the ICU level between secondary hospital and tertiary hospital. |
