| 目的 观察生脉注射液治疗乌头碱中毒致心律失常的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析最近5年我院ICU 60例乌头碱中毒病人的临床资料。按治疗方法不同随机分为观察组，治疗组，每组30例。两组患者均给予常规西医综合治疗，观察组在此基础上给予生脉注射液 100 ml入5%Gluse250ml中 静滴, 每 天1 次。结果：观察组有效率100%,治疗组有效率96.67%；观察组治愈率100%,治疗组90%；观察组无一例死亡，治疗组死亡1例。观察组住院时间明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；住院费用也明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；CK-MB恢复时间与对照组比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；心律失常恢复时间与对照组比较也有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：生脉注射液对乌头碱中毒心肌有保护和复律作用，其疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of poisoning arrhythmia induced by Shengmai Injection in the treatment of aconitine. Methods a retrospective analysis of clinical data in recent 5 years in our hospital 60 cases of ICU patients with aconitine poisoning. According to different treatment methods were randomly divided into observation group, treatment group, each group of 30 cases. Two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group on this basis to give the intravenous injection of 100 ml into the 5%Gluse250ml static drops, 1 times a day. Results: the effective rate of the observation group was 100%, the effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%; the cure rate of observation group was 100%, 90% in treatment group and no death in the observation group, 1 cases died in treatment group. Length of stay in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05); cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05); CK-MB recovery time between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); arrhythmia recovery time and the control group there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shengmai Injection on myocardial protection of aconitine poisoning and cardioversion effect, its curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment. |
