| 【】目的 探讨曲唑酮治疗伴有焦虑抑郁的围绝经期患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法 将116 例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为两组,每组58 例,A组口服曲唑酮治疗,B组口服氯硝西泮治疗,观察4 周。于治疗前后采用改良的Kupperman 评分、汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表及匹兹堡睡眠量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果 结果治疗后A组和B组改良的Kupperman评分较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P ＜０.０５),A组患者总睡眠时间延长,睡眠潜伏期缩短,觉醒次数减少,HAMA、HAMD、PSQI 和 TESS分值下降,均优于B组患者,(P＜ 0.05)。结论 曲唑酮和氯硝西泮治疗伴有焦虑抑郁的围绝经患者的围绝经期症状和睡眠障碍均有显著疗效,但曲唑酮能够较快改善患者的焦虑、抑郁及睡眠状况,并且不良反应更轻。 |

| 【】Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of trazodone in the treatment of insomnia patients in postmenopausal women with anxiety and depression. Methods 116 patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 58 ones each respectively . Patients in Group A were treated with trazodone orally and clonazepam was administrated to patients in group B for 4 weeks. Patients were evaluated with scales such as Kupperman Index ,HAMA,HAMD and Pittsburgh sleep quality index before and after the treatment and adverse reactions were detected by TESS scale．The treatment effects were compared between the two groups．Results 4 weeks after the beginning of the treatment Kupperman Index in group A and B is significantly lower than that before the treatment( P ＜ 0.05). The total sleep time was longer in group A,meanwhile the sleep latency and wake times reduced. After 4 weeks treatment, the scores of HAMA ,HAMD and TESS in group A were significantly lower than in group B ( P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There were significant effects for trazodone and clonazepam in the treatment of insomnia patients in postmenopausal women with anxiety and depression, while trazodone was more effective in improving patients" anxiety and depression with less side effects． |
