| 目的 研究降钙素原（PCT）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）在导尿管相关尿路感染（Catheter-associated urinary tract infections, CAUTIs）患者早期诊断中的相关性。方法 前瞻性观测2014年4月--2016年1月入住ICU且资料完整的疑诊为CAUTIs患者88例，评价PCT和CRP诊断CAUTIs的敏感性、特异性及相关性。 结果 88例疑诊断CAUTIs患者中，根据中段尿细菌培养结果阳性与否分为病例组和对照组，病例组65例，对照组23例，两组间的PCT和CRP值差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；PCT和CRP水平在CAUTIs诊断中ROC曲线下面积分别为0.898和0.743; 对诊断CAUTIs的敏感度分别为83.1%、56.9%，特异度分别为82.6%、87.0%; PCT和CPR的相关系数为0.562（P<0.01）。结论 PCT与CRP间具有正相关性，结合二者综合分析对于CAUTIs的早期诊断具有更好的临床价值。 |

| Objective:To study the correlation of the procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the early diagnosis of Catheter-associated urinary tract infections(CAUTIs) . Methods:Prospective study the patients which were admitted to the ICU from April 2014 to January 2016, chose 88 cases which were suspected of having CAUTIs ,evaluated the sensitivity, specificity and correlation in diagnosing CAUTIs with PCT and CRP. Results: According urine bacterial culture results positive or not, eighty eight suspects were divided into case group and control group,the case group with 65 cases ,the control group with the rest of 23 cases.The PCT and CRP showed obvious difference between two groups（P<0.05）;The area under ROC curve was 0.898 for PCT and 0.743 for CRP in CAUTIs patients; The sensitivity were 83.1% and 56.9% in diagnosing CAUTIs using PCT and CRP, their specificity were 82.6% and 87.0%, respectively; The relationship index of PCT and CRP was 0.562（P<0.01）. Conclusion : Between PCT and CRP has positive correlation. We can improve the diagnose of CAUTIs in the early stage using PCT combined with CRP. |
