目的　探讨Tako-tsubo心肌病合并甲状腺功能异常的临床特点。方法　对2例Tako-tsubo心肌病合并甲状腺功能减退患者的诊治过程进行全程追踪随访,并复习近5年内的相关文献。结果 Tako-tsubo心肌病合并甲状腺功能异常并非少见,虽然多数患者甲状腺功能异常的临床表现不甚典型,但血液动力学异常可能较为突出；除合并甲状腺功能亢进症外,Tako-tsubo心肌病也可并发一过性甲状腺功能减退,两者之间存在一定相关性,具体机制尚不清楚,但多呈现良性临床经过。结论 Tako-tsubo心肌病需要重视甲状腺功能的临床评价及机制研究。

【】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of Tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) complicated with abnormal function of thyroids. Methods tracked the management of two cases of TCM complicated with abnormal function of thyroids, and reviewed with related literatures home and abroad in recent five years. Results TCM complicated with dysfunction of thyroids or inappropriate secretion of thyroid hormone is not rare and most of them manifested with untypical thyrotoxicosis but relatively severe disturbance of hemodynamics. In general, TCM are more prone to accompany with thyrotoxicosis, and small amount of patients are associated with hypothyroidism or lower circulating thyroid hormone. There are probably interrelated associations between inappropriate secretion of thyroid hormone or transient dysfunction of thyroids and TCM. And most co-existences of this assembly are documented with benign clinical procedures. Conclusion It is mandatory to impose adequate attention on the dysfunction of thyroids in patients with Tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy.
