| 目的 比较常规机械通气和无创正压机械通气治疗危重型哮喘患者临床疗效。方法 选取2014年5月至2016年5月在我院接受治疗的180例重型哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分别对照组和观察组,每组90例。观察组患者给予常规的机械通气治疗,对照组患者给予无创正压机械通气治疗。结果 观察组患者的SPO2指标显著高于对照组患者,观察组患者的PaCO2,RR,HR等指标显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为90.00%显著高于对照组患者的总有效率67.78%(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应症状均较轻,均在患者的耐受能力范围之内,两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 无创正压机械通气治疗危重型哮喘患者临床疗效显著,优于常规机械通气的治疗效果。 |

| objective ：to compare the conventional mechanical ventilation and noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation treatment of critically ill patients with asthma clinical curative effect. Methods：selection in May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 180 cases of severe asthma patients as the research object, the random control group and observation group, respectively, 90 cases in each group. Observation group patients give the conventional mechanical ventilation therapy, observation group patients give noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation treatment. Results ：SPO2 index of the observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group patients, observation group of patients with PaCO2, RR, HR and other index was significantly lower than the control group patients (P < 0.05). Observation group total effective rate was 90.00% in patients with significantly higher than the control group total effective rate of 67.78% (P < 0.05). Adverse symptoms of two groups of patients with lighter, all in the range of the patient"s tolerance, incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion：noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation treatment of critically ill patients with asthma clinical curative effect, is better than that of conventional mechanical ventilation treatment effect. |
