          【】目的 探讨无创正压通气技术应用于急性左心衰竭(ALHF)治疗的效果及其对患者动脉血气相关指标的影响。方法 选取2015年2月至2016年9月我院收治的ALHF患者48例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联用无创正压通气技术。对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后动脉血气相关指标、心率等指标。结果 治疗组、对照组患者的总有效率分别为91.67%、70.84%,两组对比,治疗组患者的总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后治疗组与对照组患者的PaCO2、PaO2均明显升高,且治疗组治疗组患者的PaCO2、PaO2明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后治疗组与对照组患者的呼吸频率、HR均明显降低,LVEF明显升高,且治疗组患者各指标较对照组变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论 无创正压通气技术治疗ALHF疗效显著,且能显著改善患者临床体征,值得临床推广。

          Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation () on the treatment of acute left ventricular failure (ALHF) and its effect on arterial blood gas indexes.Methods From February 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital 48 cases of patients with ALHF as the research object, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation technology used on the basis of the treatment group in the conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, arterial blood gas index, heart rate other indicators.Results The treatment group, the patients in the control group the total effective rate was 91.67%, 70.84%, two groups of comparison, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly increased (P<0.05); compared with before treatment, after treatment, the treatment group and the control group of patients with PaCO2, PaO2 were significantly increased, and the treatment group the treatment group of patients with PaCO2. PaO2 was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); compared with before treatment, after treatment, the treatment group and the control group of patients with respiratory frequency, HR decreased, LVEF increased significantly, and the treatment group than the control group of patients with various indicators of more significant changes (P<0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation technology in the treatment of ALHF has significant curative effect, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
