          【摘要】 目的 探讨莫西沙星治疗肺结核患者的效果及对患者游离氨基酸、血清炎性细胞因子的作用。方法 选取2014年6月至2016年1月在我院治疗的98例肺结核患者,采用SAS10.0软件生成随机数字表分为莫西沙星组、左氧氟沙星组各49例,莫西沙星组患者给予0.4g/d 莫西沙星治疗,左氧氟沙星组给予0.4g/d 左氧氟沙星治疗,两组均予抗结核基础治疗,疗程6个月。结果 治疗后,莫西沙星组患者的缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、谷氨酸的水平均显著的高于左氧氟沙星组(P<0.05),两组间亮氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、丙氨酸的水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),莫西沙星组患者的IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、IL-18水平均显著的低于左氧氟沙星组(P<0.05);治疗后,莫西沙星组患者的痰菌转阴率93.88%、病灶吸收率93.88%,均显著的高于左氧氟沙星组的79.59%、77.55%(P<0.05)。结论 莫西沙星治疗肺结核患者的效果优于左氧氟沙星,对患者的血清游离氨基酸水平、炎症细胞因子具有较好的调节作用。

          【Abstract】Objective To investigate the efficacy of moxifloxacin in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and its effect on inflammatory cytokines and serum free amino acid effect. Methods Selected 98 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016, SAS10.0 software was used to generate random digital table, divided into moxifloxacin group and levofloxacin group with 49 cases each, Moxifloxacin group received 0.4g/d moxifloxacin treatment, levofloxacin group was given 0.4g/d levofloxacin treatment, the two groups were given anti TB treatment, the course of treatment was 6 months.Results After treatment, patients with moxifloxacin group, phenylalanine, valine, glutamic acid levels were significantly higher than that of levofloxacin group (P<0.05), no statistical significance between the two groups of leucine, threonine, glycine, serine, alanine level difference (P>0.05), moxifloxacin group were IFN-, TNF-, IL-1, alpha gamma, IL-6 IL-10 and IL-18 levels were significantly lower than that of levofloxacin group (P<0.05); after the treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate of 93.88% groups of patients with moxifloxacin and lesion absorption rate of 93.88% was significantly higher than levofloxacin group 79.59%, 77.55% (P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin is better than that of moxifloxacin in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and has better control effect on the serum level of free amino acids and inflammatory cytokines.
