| 目的 探讨小龙虾引起的横纹肌溶解综合征的临床诊断、治疗及预后。方法 通过分析我院107例进食小龙虾引起的横纹肌溶解综合征病例诊治情况，得出相关结论。结果 发病24小时内均有进食小龙虾史；均有肌肉酸痛等横纹肌溶解症状；发病后血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均明显升高；住院患者94.3%合并肝功能异常；经过积极治疗后均得到治愈，且无长期并发症。结论 进食小龙虾引起的横纹肌溶解综合征患者均有肌肉酸痛；血CPK、LDH及肌红蛋白(MB)均阳性；肝功能异常的发生率高；但预后良好。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of crawfish-induced rhabdomyolysis syndrome. Method BY analyzing the diagnosis and treatment of 107 patients who were diagnosed as crawfish-induced rhabdomyolysis syndrome in our hospital ,we can get the related conclusion.Results ALL of the patients had eaten crawfish within 24 hours;had the symptoms of muscle soreness;the level of serum CPK and LDH was significantly increased after the onset;the abnormal rate of liver function is 94.3% in hospitalized patients;all of them were cured , and have no long-term complications.Conclusions All of the patients of crawfish-induced rhabdomyolysis syndrome had muscle soreness ,the blood CPK,LDH and MB were positive ,abnormal incidence of liver function was high, but the prognosis was good. |
