          【摘要】 目的:研究地塞米松、沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合红景天治疗急性高原反应的临床效果。方法:选择2014年9月至2015年9月在我院收治的急性高原反应患者100例作为观察对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组利用地塞米松、沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合红景天进行治疗。对照组利用红景天口服液进行治疗,50mL/次,3次/d,两组均治疗15 d。在用药15 d后分别对其进行高原反应基础生理指标测定,主要包括患者呼吸频率、脉搏、血压、红细胞计数及血红蛋白水平等,治疗15 d后比较两组疗效。结果:观察组疗效总有效率为84.00%,对照组总有效率62.00%(P<0.05)。与用药前比较,用药后两组高原反应基础生理指标中呼吸频率、收缩压及观察组脉搏、舒张压、红细胞计数及血红蛋白水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组上述指标均显著低于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组患者的急性高原反应评分明显低于对照组,血氧饱和度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:地塞米松、沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合红景天能够有效的控制患者的急性高原反应症状,改善患者的高原反应基础生理指标,降低患者的急性高原反应评分,减短急性高压患者的病情。

          【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of dexamethasone, salbutamol aerosol combined with Rhodiola on acute altitude sickness. Methods: 100 patients with acute altitude sickness were enrolled in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with dexamethasone and salbutamol aerosol combined with Rhodiola. The control group was treated with Rhodiola Oral Liquid, 50mL / time, 3 times / d, the two groups were treated for 15 days. After 15 days of treatment, the basal physiological indexes of altitude sickness were measured, including respiratory rate, pulse rate, blood pressure, red blood cell count and hemoglobin level. After 15 days of treatment, the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 84.00% in the observation group and 62.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure and the pulse, diastolic blood pressure, erythrocyte count and hemoglobin level of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The acute altitude sickness score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the oxygen saturation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the difference was statistically significant The Conclusion: Dexamethasone and salbutamol aerosol combined with Rhodiola can effectively control the symptoms of acute altitude sickness in patients, improve the basal physiological indexes of plateau reaction, reduce the acute altitude sickness score of patients and reduce the condition of acute hypertensive patients.
