目的:探讨原发性肾小球肾炎(PGN)患者尿蛋白定量与血清内脂素(VF)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的关系。方法:选取100例PGN患者作为PGN组,依据治疗结果分为有效组(75例)和无效组(25例),同期选取门诊健康人员30例作为健康组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测3组血清VF及HCY水平,检测24h尿蛋白定量,分析24h尿蛋白定量与血清VF、HCY水平的关系。结果:PGN组24h尿蛋白定量、血清VF、HCY水平明显高于健康组,且有效组明显低于无效组(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,24h尿蛋白定量与血清VF、HCY水平呈正相关(r1=0.687, r2=0.695,均P<0.05)。结论:血清VF、HCY水平可能与PGN的发生及其预后转归有关,可作为评估患者病情及预后的重要指标。 |

Objective: To discuss the relationship between urinary protein quantification and serum visfatin (VF), homocysteine (HCY) in patients with primary glomerulonephritis (PGN). Methods: 100 patients with PGN were selected as PGN group. According to the treatment outcome, the patients were divided into good prognosis group (75 cases) and poor prognosis group (25 cases). Thirty health volunteers serve as healthy group. The serum levels of VF and HCY were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and 24h urine samples were taken for quantitative determination of 24h urinary protein. The relationship between 24h urine protein quantification and serum VF and HCY levels was analyzed. Results: The 24h urine protein, and serum VF and HCY levels in PGN group were significantly higher than those in healthy group, and those in good prognosis group were significantly lower than those in poor prognosis group (all P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the 24h urinary protein quantification was positively correlated with serum VF and HCY levels (r1=0.687, P<0.05; r2=0.695, P<0.05). Conclusions: Serum VF and HCY levels may be related to the occurrence and prognosis of PGN, and the detection of these indicators may be an important indicator for evaluating the patient's condition and prognosis. |
