| 骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的异质性决定了治疗的复杂性和个体化。目前,异基因造血干细胞移植仍然是唯一能够根治MDS的选择，但部分患者因各种原因无法接受移植治疗，主要根据国际预后评分系统（IPSS-R）评分指导MDS患者的治疗，其预后风险不同，治疗策略不同。本文主要概述了目前MDS的治疗方法。 |

| The heterogeneous nature of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) demands a complex and personalized variety of therapeutic approaches. As yet, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation remains the only potentially curative option. However, it is not accessible to a number of patients for various reasons. For the majority of patients with MDS, treatment strategies are risk adapted mainly based on the revised version of the International Prognostic Scoring System(IPSS R). This review provides an overview of the current therapeutic landscape in MDS. |
