          目的:探讨结缔组织病相关间质性肺疾病(CTD-ILD)患者血清25-羟维生素D3与调节性T细胞(Treg)的相关性。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月襄阳市中心医院呼吸内科住院的30例确诊的CTD-ILD患者为研究组,另选取同期健康志愿者30例作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测受试者外周血25-羟维生素D3及血清中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平,流式细胞术检测外周血Treg水平。比较2组检测结果,并对患者25-羟维生素D3与血Treg、IL-10、TGF-β水平的相关性进行分析。结果:研究组患者的血清25-羟维生素D3、血Treg、TGF-β、IL-10水平明显低于对照组 (P均<0.05);CTD-ILD患者血清25-羟维生素D3水平与血Treg、IL-10、TGF-β水平呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:CTD-ILD患者血清25-羟维生素D3水平显著低于健康者,25-羟维生素D3可能通过调控TGF-β水平影响Treg的分化及功能维持。

          Objective: To Investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and regulatory T cells (Treg) in patients with connective tissue-associated interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD). Methods: A total of 30 CTD-ILD patients in the Respiratory Department of Xiangyang Central Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group and 30 healthy subjects served as the control group. ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, interleukin-10(IL-10) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) in serum, and flow cytometry was used to detect the Treg in peripheral blood. The results of two groups were compared and the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and Treg, IL-10, TGF-β was analyzed. Results: The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level, Treg, IL-10 and TGF-β levels in the CTD-ILD group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 was positively correlated with Treg, IL-10 and TGF-β (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in CTD-ILD were significantly low,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of CTD-ILD through regulating the level of TGF-β which influences the differentiation and function of Treg cells.
