| 目的 通过导管碎栓联合高压注射溶栓治疗肺栓塞患者，为肺栓塞治疗提供借鉴和参考。方法 分析3例肺栓塞患者溶栓治疗过程，观察疗效。结果 导管碎栓联合高压注射溶栓可有效治疗肺栓塞，术后患者病情明显好转。结论 导管碎栓联合高压注射溶栓对于肺栓塞患者治疗具有较好的有效性和安全性。 |

| Objective To provide reference for the treatment of pulmonary embolism, catheter-mediated thrombolysis combined with high-pressure injection was used for the treatment of pulmonary embolism.Methods To analyze the course of thrombolytic therapy in 3 patients with pulmonary embolism and observe the curative effect.Results Catheter fragmentation combined with high-pressure thrombolytic therapy is effective in the treatment of pulmonary embolism.Conclusion Catheter-mediated thrombolysis combined with high-pressure injection is effective and safe in the treatment of pulmonary embolism. |
