| Abstract This article focuses on the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis (2022)"and highlights some important issues and developments that need to be addressed in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, including the application of medical digitization in the diagnosis and risk assessment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures; Combination and sequential treatment plans for osteoporosis drugs; Clinical measures for perioperative and recurrent fracture prevention of osteoporotic fractures; Monitoring during the treatment of osteoporosis medication. I hope it will be beneficial to clinical physicians. |
