          摘要 风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,累及全身多处关节及内脏。其关节病理改变是多种致炎细胞因子和炎症介质介导的关节滑膜炎症、血管翳形成,进而导致软骨和骨破坏,最终出现关节畸形和功能丧失。多种炎性细胞及促炎因子均参与该病的发生和发展,越来越多的研究显示,血小板除了具有止血、保持血管完整性、营养和支持毛细血管的作用外,还能对环境中失调的分子做出反应,运输和表达特有的炎症介质,并在止血和免疫之间起到调节作用。本文探讨血小板活化在类风湿关节炎发病过程中的作用及调控机制。

          Abstract heumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that involves multiple joints and internal organs throughout the body. Its arthropathological changes are mediated by a variety of inflammatory cytokines and mediators, leading to synovial inflammation, vascular opacification, cartilage and bone destruction, and ultimately joint deformity and loss of function. A variety of inflammatory cells and pro-inflammatory factors are involved in the development and progression of this disease. A growing number of studies have shown that platelets, in addition to their role in hemostasis, maintenance of vascular integrity, and nutrient and supportive capillaries, respond to molecules that are dysregulated in the environment by transporting and expressing specific inflammatory mediators and act as a regulator between hemostasis and immunity. In this paper, we will explore the role of platelet activation in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and its regulatory mechanisms.
