| 摘要 随着脓毒症3.0定义的发布，病毒感染引起的器官功能障碍（病毒脓毒症）开始受到关注。病毒不仅直接侵袭宿主细胞造成损伤，还可通过激活细胞因子风暴及全身性过度炎症反应，引发内皮损伤、凝血异常、补体活化等过程，导致危及生命的多器官功能障碍。本文简要介绍病毒脓毒症的概念内涵、病理生理机制、临床特点、治疗策略等方面的研究进展，并提出未来有待探索明确的问题。 |

| Abstract With the release of the Sepsis-3.0 definition, organ dysfunction caused by viral infections (viral sepsis) has begun to attract attention. Viruses not only directly invade host cells to cause damage but can also trigger a cytokine storm and systemic hyperinflammatory response, leading to endothelial injury, coagulation abnormalities, complement activation, and other pathological processes, ultimately resulting in life-threatening multiple organ dysfunction. This article briefly reviews the conceptual framework, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical characteristics, and therapeutic strategies of viral sepsis, highlighting recent research advances and proposing unresolved questions for future exploration. |
