| 摘要 肺癌和哮喘是严重威胁健康的常见疾病。本文总结了近年来关于哮喘合并肺癌的临床研究进展，讨论现有临床研究的局限性与空白。哮喘合并肺癌的机制非常复杂，为了理清两者关系，本文从气道炎症、气道重塑、基因易感性角度对现有研究进行梳理，探究哮喘合并肺癌的潜在机制，以期对未来的机制研究提供有益方向。 |

| Abstract Lung cancer and asthma impose a substantial burden on public health. This review summarizes clinical research progress in asthma patients with lung cancer, discussing the limitations in current clinical studies. The pathogenic mechanisms underlying the asthma patients with lung cancer are highly complex. This review organizes researches from the perspectives of airway inflammation, airway remodeling, and genetic susceptibility, exploring the potential pathogenic mechanisms with the aim of providing valuable insights for future mechanistic studies. |
