          摘要 生长激素(GH)不仅在生长发育过程中发挥关键作用,还广泛参与调节机体物质代谢、维持器官功能。GH通过激活多种信号通路,直接或间接影响葡萄糖、脂质、蛋白质以及骨矿盐代谢,从而维持机体代谢稳态。作为GH下游核心调控分子,胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在肝脏、脂肪、骨骼肌及骨组织等多个靶器官中发挥重要生理功能,涉及能量供需平衡与代谢稳态维持等诸多方面。此外,GH在应激、饥饿等特殊状态下同样参与代谢调控。本文系统综述了GH在代谢调控中的作用机制及其对主要靶器官的影响,旨在深入理解GH的生理功能,为其在代谢相关疾病中的潜在应用价值提供理论依据。

          Abstract Growth hormone (GH) plays a critical role not only in human growth and development but also in regulating systemic metabolism and the function of multiple organs. By activating various signaling pathways, GH directly or indirectly influences glucose, lipid, protein, and bone mineral metabolism, thereby helping to maintain metabolic homeostasis. Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), the key downstream effector of GH, exerts important physiological effects in several target organs-including the liver, adipose tissue, skeletal muscle, and bone-contributing to energy balance and metabolic homeostasis. Moreover, the role of GH in metabolic regulation under specific conditions such as stress and fasting has attracted increasing attention. This review summarizes the mechanisms by which GH modulates systemic metabolism and influences multiple organ systems, highlighting its physiological roles and therapeutic potential in metabolic diseases.
