| 摘要 心脏重症医学是一门专注于心脏危重症患者的诊断、治疗和护理的学科。近年来，心脏重症学基础研究在心肌细胞损伤与修复机制、炎症反应与免疫调控、微循环障碍与血管内皮损伤以及基因调控与表观遗传修饰等方面取得了显著进展。这些研究成果为深入理解心脏重症的病理生理机制、开发新的诊断和治疗策略提供了重要依据。本文对近年来心脏重症医学基础研究的进展进行综述，以供参考。 |

| Abstract Cardiac critical care medicine is a discipline dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with critical cardiac conditions. In recent years, significant progress has been made in basic research within cardiac critical care, particularly in the mechanisms of cardiomyocyte injury and repair, inflammatory responses and immune regulation, microcirculatory dysfunction and vascular endothelial injury, as well as gene regulation and epigenetic modifications. These research findings provide important insights into the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying critical cardiac conditions and offer a foundation for developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. This article reviews recent advances in the basic research of cardiac critical care medicine for reference. |
