摘要 肾间质纤维化相关性疾病是一个全球性的公共卫生问题,炎症在进行性肾纤维化中起着核心作用。过度活跃的NF-κB信号通路可引起免疫细胞的活化和募集,引发炎症反应,炎症反过来激活白细胞和巨噬细胞,产生活性氧和氮触发氧化应激。通过细胞凋亡、坏死和纤维化引起器官损伤。本文阐述了NF-κB信号通路对肾间质纤维化的影响及治疗现状。 |

Abstract Renal interstitial fibrosis related diseases are a global public health issue. Inflammation plays a central role in progressive renal fibrosis. Numerous pieces of evidence indicate that the overactive NF-kB signaling pathway plays a crucial role in renal fibrosis. It can activate and recruit immune cells, triggering inflammatory reactions. Inflammation in turn activates white blood cells and resident cells to produce reactive oxygen species and nitrogen, triggering oxidative stress. Organ damage is caused by cell apoptosis, necrosis, and fibrosis. This review elucidates the impact of NF-kB signaling pathway on renal interstitium and the current treatment status. |
