摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)可导致机体在睡眠过程中持续缺氧,从而诱发高血压、冠心病、脑卒中等疾病的发生及发展,严重危及人们的健康。随着人工智能(AI)在临床诊断及治疗中应用的研究逐渐深入,如何应用AI技术对OSA患者进行快速、便捷、准确的诊断以及如何进行精准、有效的治疗,也逐渐成为OSA研究的热点方向。经鼻持续气道正压 (CPAP) 是治疗OSA最常用的一线方法,通过“气道支撑”的作用来稳定上呼吸道,从而解除气道梗阻,改善通气。近年来,尽管正压通气机器的性能得到了改进,且采取了提高耐受性的措施,但患者对CPAP治疗依从性比率仍然不高,能否应用AI技术提高患者对CPAP的依从性将是研究的新方向。OSA的其他治疗方法包括口腔矫正器、肌肉功能训练和外科手术,随着AI技术的应用,也将为OSA的个体化治疗带来新的思路。本文介绍AI技术在指导OSA治疗中的作用的研究现状。 |

Abstract Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can lead to continuous hypoxia during sleep, which can induce the occurrence and development of hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke and other diseases, and seriously endanger people's health. With the development of research on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in clinical diagnosis and treatment, how to use AI technology to diagnose the OSA patients quickly, conveniently and accurately, and how to treat the OSA patients accurately and effectively, has gradually become a hot research direction of OAS. Nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is the most commonly used first-line therapy for OSA. It can stabilize the upper airway by"airway support" to relieve airway obstruction and improve ventilation. In recent years, although the performance of positive pressure ventilation machines has been improved and measures have been taken to improve the tolerance, the compliance rate of patients to CPAP treatment is still not high, whether the application of AI technology can improve the CPAP compliance of patients will be the research direction. Other treatments for OSA include oral appliances, muscle training and surgery. With the application of AI technology, it will bring new ideas for individualized treatment of OSA. This paper introduces the research status of AI technology in guiding the treatment of OSA. |
