| 在全球气候变化、快速城市化及国际交往日益频繁的共同驱动下，登革热的潜在流行区域持续扩张，其传播风险显著提升。我国广东、云南、福建等南方省份输入病例引发的本地传播风险逐年上升，尽管目前以轻型为主，但仍有约5%的患者可进展为重症。为应对疫情暴发时的重症救治压力，人畜共患传染病重症诊治全国重点实验室、国家重大公共卫生事件医学中心组织专家，制定《重症登革热诊治专家共识》，以减少登革热患者重症化以及降低病死率，为疫情防控提供技术支撑。 |

| Driven collectively by global climate change, rapid urbanization, and increasing international exchanges, the potential endemic areas for dengue fever continue to expand, and its transmission risk is significantly elevated. In China, the risk of local transmission triggered by imported cases has been rising annually in southern provinces such as Guangdong, Yunnan, and Fujian. Although most current cases are mild, approximately 5% of patients can progress to severe dengue fever . To address the pressure on critical care during outbreaks and reduce both the rate of severe disease progression and mortality, the National Key Laboratory of Severe Zoonotic Infectious Diseases Diagnosis and Treatment and the National Center for Strategic Research on Major Public Health Events have organized experts to formulate the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Dengue. This consensus aims to provide technical support for epidemic prevention and control. |
