| 摘要 心力衰竭是全球面临的严峻公共卫生问题。近年来，随着临床研究的不断深入，国内外相继发布了多部心力衰竭指南，为临床诊疗提供了重要依据。本文通过对2024年中国心力衰竭指南、2023年欧洲心力衰竭指南、2022美国心力衰竭指南的系统解读，梳理其在定义分类、诊断流程、治疗策略、合并症管理等方面的异同，旨在帮助临床医生更好地理解和应用指南，提升心力衰竭的诊疗水平，改善患者预后。 |

| Abstract Heart failure is a serious public health issue facing the global community. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of clinical research, numerous heart failure guidelines have been published both domestically and internationally, providing important references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article systematically reviews contemporary Chinese, American and European Guidelines, comparing their similarities and differences in terms of definition and classification, diagnostic processes, treatment strategies, and management of comorbidities. The aim is to help clinicians better understand and apply these guidelines, thereby improving the level of heart failure diagnosis and treatment and enhancing patient outcomes. |
