| 摘要 目的:探讨多元教学法联合思政教育在呼吸重症监护病房(RICU)对于住院规培医师培养的应用效果。方法:选择RICU住院规培医师为研究对象,分别采用传统教学方法和多元教学+思政教育教学方法,评价专业目标和思政目标完成的情况。结果:多元教学法可明显提高RICU住院规培医师专业知识的吸收和理解能力、临床思维和实践操作能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力;思政教育的联合能够帮助住院规培医师树立核心价值观、提高职业自豪感、增强科研诚信,落实思政要求,教学实践效果显著。结论:多元教学法联合思政教育教学手段适合在RICU住院规培医师的教学中开展,能有效提升教学效果,为内科专科人才培养提供新的路径。 |

| Abstract Objective: To explore the application effect of a multimodal teaching approach combined with ideological and political education in the training of standardized resident physicians in the respiratory intensive care unit (RICU). Methods: Standardized resident physicians rotating in the RICU were selected as the study subjects. Traditional teaching methods and a multimodal teaching approach combined with ideological and political education were applied, respectively. The achievement of professional objectives and ideological political educational objectives was evaluated. Results: The multimodal teaching approach significantly improved residents' ability to absorb and understand professional knowledge, as well as their clinical reasoning, practical operational skills, communication ability, and teamwork skills in the RICU. The integration of ideological and political education helped residents establish core professional values, enhance their sense of professional pride, and strengthen research integrity, effectively fulfilling ideological and political education requirements. The overall teaching outcomes were markedly improved. Conclusion: The multimodal teaching approach combined with ideological and political education is suitable for the training of standardized resident physicians in the RICU. This integrated teaching model can effectively enhance teaching effectiveness and provides a novel pathway for the cultivation of internal medicine specialists. |
