| 摘要 慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)长期迁延活动,易进展为重型肝炎、肝硬化、原发性肝癌等终末期肝病,严重影响人类生命健康。肠道菌群是人体庞大而复杂的微生物群落,不仅参与人体多种生理过程,也参与许多疾病的发生发展。随着"肠 肝轴"理论研究的深入及高通量测序技术的发展,肠道微生物在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染中的作用越来越受到关注。本文系统回顾肠道菌群的组成、功能及其致病机制,重点阐述肠道菌群失调与HBV感染及宿主免疫应答的相互作用,探讨肠道菌群在HBV感染相关疾病发生发展中的作用与机制,以期为HBV相关肝病的诊治提供新思路。 |

| Abstract Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) is a chronic liver disease that often progresses to severe hepatitis, cirrhosis, primary liver cancer, and other end-stage liver diseases, posing a significant threat to human health. The gut microbiota is a large and complex microbial community in the human body, which is not only involved in many physiological processes but also in the development of many diseases. With the advancing research into the "gut-liver axis" theory and the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, the role of gut microbiota in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has garnered increasing attention. In this paper, we systematically review the composition and functions of the gut microbiota and its pathogenic mechanisms, with a focus on the interplay between gut microbiota (including its dysbiosis) and HBV infection as well as the host immune response. We discuss the role and underlying mechanisms of the gut microbiota in the development of HBV infection-related diseases, aiming to provide new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of HBV-associated liver diseases. |
