| 摘要 脓毒症是重症医学科常见病及多发病，因患者存在异质性而具有较高的死亡率，近些年来，采用机器学习法、聚类分析法等对脓毒症相关分型的研究成为焦点，包括脓毒症内型、脓毒症表型和脓毒症亚型等。本文复习相关文献和综述，对脓毒症相关分型进行阐述。 |

| Abstract Sepsis is a prevalent and life-threatening condition in intensive care units, characterized by high mortality rates attributable to the substantial clinical heterogeneity among patients. In recent years, classification of sepsis using machine learning methods, cluster analysis, and other data-driven approaches has emerged as a critical area of research, enabling the identification of distinct subgroups such as sepsis endotypes, phenotypes, and subtypes. This article systematically reviews current literature to provide a comprehensive synthesis of advances in sepsis-related classification. |
