| 摘要 血液专科重症监护单元（HCU）是重症医学与血液病学交叉融合的新兴领域。本文基于《血液专科重症单元危重症患者诊疗和管理中国专家共识》，系统阐述了HCU理念构建的四重驱动力，分析人才梯队、设施设备、核心技术、制度保障四大建设要素，探讨人才瓶颈、技术标准化、配套保障等运营挑战，并对未来发展进行展望，旨在为国内HCU规范化建设提供实践参考。 |

| Abstract Hematology intensive care unit (HCU) is an emerging field that integrates critical care medicine and hematology. Based on the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis, treatment and management of critically patients in hematology intensive care units, this paper systematically expounds the four driving forces for constructing the HCU concept, analyzes four key construction elements including talent echelon, facilities and equipment, core technologies, and institutional guarantee, discusses operational challenges such as talent bottlenecks, technical standardization, and supporting guarantee, and prospects its future development. It aims to provide practical references for the standardized construction of HCU in China. |
