          摘要 目的 评估尼达尼布联合常规治疗对结缔组织相关性间质性肺炎的疗效。方法 收集我院在2021年12月-2023年1月就诊的结缔组织病患者102例作为研究对象,根据临床治疗方案不同将其分为常规治疗组和尼达尼布联合治疗组,尼达尼布联合治疗组患者在常规治疗组治疗基础上加用尼达尼布治疗,疗程为6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、肺功能、肺部高分辨CT评分及促炎因子的变化。结果 尼达尼布联合治疗组细胞因子、影像学评分较治疗前明显降低,肺功能明显改善(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 尼达尼布联合常规激素抗炎、祛痰治疗结缔组织相关性间质性肺炎,体内血清细胞因子水平明显降低,可减轻体内炎症反应,改善肺功能,有助于延缓结缔组织相关性间质性肺炎的肺纤维化进展。

          Abstract Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nidanib combined with conventional treatment for connective tissue-associated interstitial pneumonia. Methods A total of 102 patients with connective tissue disease treated in our hospital from December 2021 to January 2023 were collected as research objects and divided into conventional treatment group and Nidanib combined treatment group according to different clinical treatment plans. Patients in the Nidanib combined treatment group were treated with Nidanib in addition to the conventional treatment group for a course of 6 months. The changes of clinical symptoms, lung function, lung high resolution CT score and proinflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results T The cytokine and imaging scores of nidanib combined treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the lung function was significantly improved (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Nidanib combined with conventional hormones for anti-inflammatory and expectorant treatment of connective tissue-associated interstitial pneumonia can significantly reduce the level of serum cytokines in the body, reduce inflammation in the body, improve lung function, and help delay the progression of pulmonary fibrosis in connective tissue-associated interstitial pneumonia.
